Research Data Management (RDM) Policy

Science is often teamwork. This is especially true for interdisciplinary collaborative projects in which scientists from different institutions work together to achieve their research goals. If collaboration is to be effective, common rules and standards should be agreed upon so that partial results can be understood and processed equally well by all participants. It is useful to put such rules in writing and make them as binding as possible.

With this guideline, TerraQ acknowledges the importance of research data in the scientific knowledge process. It provides the framework for handling research data and regulates the tasks and responsibilities of the parties involved within the Collaborative Research Center.
